Ventricular heart of doom

Sweet zapper I did this past weekend, I enjoyed tattooing this one alot, one of my clients came in with little money, an idea of a ventricular heart . Letting me have free range to execute it any way i pleased, I remembered the words of a wise tattooer that goes by Wes shared with me one time
